Special Town Election

The last day to register to vote for this election is October 16th. you can register to vote at the Clerk's office, which is open from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday Through Friday. Or ONLINE: https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ovr/

 

Below is the single ballot question to be voted: 

Shall the Town of Yarmouth be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued to pay a  $18,079,475 portion of the total cost of constructing, originally equipping and furnishing a new Department of Public Works Garage and Office Space to be located at 507 Buck Island Rd, West Yarmouth, MA 02673 including the payment of all costs incidental or related thereto?  Yes ___     No ____

(Absentee ballots will be available at the Clerks office on or before October 15th)


Absentee Voting


​Absentee Voting is now available in the Yarmouth Town Hall. Please mail in or drop off your application at the Town Clerks office or email your application to clerks@yarmouth.ma.us. Ballots are available about a month before an election.

Registration


A resident may come in to Town Hall to register to vote, or you have the option of filling out the voter registration card and mailing it back to the Town Clerk's Office, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664.

Massachusetts Mail-In Voter Registration forms cannot be reproduced. We are including a link to the Election Assistance Commissions website, where an applicant can download the National Voter Registration Form.
