3. Can I convert my current Liquor License from Seasonal to Annual?

Yes, the application is treated as a new license. Only one Section 12(on-premise license) and one Section 15(off-premise license) may be converted per calendar year per city/town.

4. Do I need a liquor license to host a party for a wedding, graduation, anniversary etc. at my home?

As long as the event is private by invitation only, not open to the public, not advertised and there
is no fee being charged, no license is required.
