When are dog licenses due?
All dogs need to be registered by June 30th, after that date we will be collecting a late fee of $15.00 per dog.

What do I need to apply for a sticker?
You need to be a resident of Yarmouth or taxpayer, a copy of the Yarmouth real estate tax bill and registraion of vehicle. Requesting the beach or disposal area stickers through the mail will require all of the above plus a stamped self-addressed envelope and a check made out to the Town of Yarmouth. Please see the mail in application located in the Town Clerk's Department of the website.

When are golf passes available for purchase?
We start selling golf passes in December for the following season. For the current costs please see the chart of golf fees.

When are dog licenses due?
All dogs need to be registered by June 30th, after that date we will be collecting a late fee of $15.00 per dog.

Where can I get a birth or death certificate?
The Town Clerkâs office issues both birth and death certificates. If, at the time of the birth or death, the person is a town resident, we will have the information in this office.

How can I receive a dog license through the mail?
Please send us a copy of the current rabies certificate from your Veterinarian, along with a stamped self-address envelope, and a check made payable to the Town of Yarmouth in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) for each spayed/neutered dog, or the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each male/female.

How can I receive a shellfish permit through the mail?
A resident or taxpayer in the Town of Yarmouth may receive one shellfish license per address. Send your request with a copy of your Massachusetts license, a check in the amount of thirty dollars ($30.00) or fifteen dollars ($15.00) if you are seventy-five (75) or older, and a stamped self-address envelope.
