For the past several months, the Planning Board has worked towards developing five Zoning Amendments for the 2019 Annual Town Meeting. The Board held their formal Public Hearing for the zoning amendments on February 20th and met with the Board of Selectmen on March 5, 2019.
The Planning Board presented five zoning amendments including accessory dwelling units, signage, outdoor entertainment, residential boat storage, and other miscellaneous items. Based on the input received from the Board of Selectmen, the Planning Board voted at their March 6, 2019 meeting to Withdraw Zoning Article 42 – Boat Storage.
