The Annual Town Election has been postponed to June 30, 2020.
 
We encourage you to vote by mail – it’s safe and easy!

 

1.       Send the Town Clerk’s office a signed application or letter requesting a ballot for June 30.

  • Submit the request by email, fax, or mail.
  • Submit the original –or a scan or photo.

 

 2.       Fill out ballot & submit by June 30.

  • Return by mail or drop box outside Town Hall

A SPECIAL TOWN ELECTION TO FILL AN UNEXPIRED VACANCY FOR THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN WILL BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 1ST. NOMINATION PAPERS ARE AVAILABLE.

 

 

 

 

Absentee Voting


​Absentee Voting is now available in the Yarmouth Town Hall. Please mail in or drop off your application at the Town Clerks office or email your application to clerks@yarmouth.ma.us. Ballots are available about a month before an election.

Registration


A resident may come in to Town Hall to register to vote, or you have the option of filling out the voter registration card and mailing it back to the Town Clerk's Office, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664.

Massachusetts Mail-In Voter Registration forms cannot be reproduced. We are including a link to the Election Assistance Commissions website, where an applicant can download the National Voter Registration Form.
