The deadline to take out nomination papers for the Annual Town Election is March 27, please call 508-398-2231 x1212 to make arrangements to get those papers mailed/emailed to you.
THE ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION WILL BE HELD ON MAY 19, 2020.
NOMINATION PAPERS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON FEBRUARY 4, 2020.
NOMINATION PAPERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR:
ONE SELECTMEN RACE - 3 YEAR TERM
TWO SCHOOL COMMITTEE RACES - 3 YEAR TERMS
ONE MODERATOR RACE - 3 YEAR TERM
ONE HOUSING AUTHORITY RACE - FIVE YEAR TERM
Absentee Voting is now available in the Yarmouth Town Hall. Please mail in or drop off your application at the Town Clerks office or email your application to firstname.lastname@example.org. Ballots are available about a month before an election.
A resident may come in to Town Hall to register to vote, or you have the option of filling out the voter registration card and mailing it back to the Town Clerk's Office, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664.
Massachusetts Mail-In Voter Registration forms cannot be reproduced. We are including a link to the Election Assistance Commissions website, where an applicant can download the National Voter Registration Form.
