Fees & Costs

FEES:

  • There is a $10 Deed processing fee for the sale of lots.
  • There is a $75 mark out fee for placement of head stones or flat markers.

COSTS:

  • One Grave Lot: $600
  • Two Grave Lot: 1,200
  • Four Grave Lot: 2,400
  • Cremation Lot: $500
  • War Veteran Grave: No Cost
  • Spouse of War Veteran: $25

Grave Openings:

  • Cremation Burial: $400 (April 1–November 30); $500 (December 1–March 31).
  • Urn Vault (required for all cremains not contained in a Mackenzie/marble vault): $195
  • Vault Burial costs (includes administrative costs and mark out): $175

Other Costs:

  • Tent: $175
  • Saturday charge: $120

No burials on Sundays or Holidays unless special exception.
