Peter is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, poet, writer, photographer, activist, and founder of Groundswell Inc. Peter has dedicated his life to amplifying the stories of marginalized people. His non-fiction collection of un-rich and un-famous artists' profiles, Staying Power, was published in 1980 and his poetry has appeared in The Saturday Review, at the Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival and the Orchard Street Press. This is an in-person program in the Leonard Room at the South Yarmouth Library. The Lost Apothecary

Hidden in the depths of eighteenth-century London, a secret apothecary shop caters to an unusual kind of clientele. The apothecary's fate is jeopardized when a new patron, a precocious twelve-year-old, makes a fatal mistake, sparking a string of consequences that echo through the centuries. Meanwhile in present-day London, aspiring historian Caroline Parcewell stumbles upon a clue to the unsolved apothecary murders that haunted London two hundred years ago.
