Programs this week at the Yarmouth Town Libraries

The Yarmouth Town Libraries will be CLOSED next Wednesday, March 15, for our Annual Staff Day.

Both the South Yarmouth Library and West Yarmouth Library will be closed on Wednesday, March 15, to allow for a day of staff development; every year, we look forward to this opportunity for technology training and improving our skills. Funded by the Groskopf Fund.

Mark your calendars now, for the wrap-up and community discussion, to be held at the Lorusso Lodge at Flax Pond, off Whites Path in South Yarmouth on Sunday, April 30. We’ll talk about war rations, what food might have been available to the island captives, and just how many varieties of potato pie there are in the world…there will be a buffet, with a sampling of delicious pork and other “picnic” foods. The cost for the buffet will be $5, with proceeds going to help defray expenses of the variety of Yarmouth Reads programs in 2017.
