Yarmouth Beach Libraries are BackVisitors to Seagull Beach in West Yarmouth and Smugglers Beach in South Yarmouth now have the opportunity to "take a book, leave a book," with our Little Free Libraries at the Beach. Beach libraries books have a book mark inside showing the Yarmouth Libraries logo, and the connection to the international literacy and community building project, www.littlefreelibrary.org. Author Event: Arlene Kay A Literary Autopsy: Insights into the Writer’s Process Sunday, June 25, 2:00 p.m. South Yarmouth Library Arlene Kay is the author of the Boston Uncommon mystery series. Learn about the writing process from this Cape Cod author who classifies her writing as "romantic suspense." Arlene will discuss how to construct a novel; how to create sassy, smart heroines with spunk and sex appeal – and more! Services include: - Information and referral about disability-related issues, resources, and benefits. Independent living skills training

- Advocacy: to assist and better equip people to confront barriers, such as discrimination, lack of access, and unresponsive service systems

Database of the Month: Britannica Library EditionSpend some time this summer learning more! The Library provides access to Britannica Encyclopedia online – with hundreds of helpful links for children and adults to explore topics in science, history, literature and more.
