April Book Discussion Group Tuesday, April 23, 3:30 p.m. South Yarmouth Library The Library’s Book Discussion Group meets monthly at the South Yarmouth Library. This month, we will be discussing Rin Tin Tin, Susan Orlean’s sweeping account of Rin Tin Tin’s journey from orphaned puppy to movie star and international icon. Meetings will be in the Leonard Room and last for an hour.

2019 Cecelia Siemen Scholarship Open for ApplicationsThe South Yarmouth Library Association offers a $3,000 Cecelia Siemen Scholarship in the Visual Arts, to advance the study and knowledge of someone in the visual arts. Applicants must have completed one academic year at a college or art institute by the end of the school year in which the scholarship is offered.
Applications are available now at the South Yarmouth Library or from the Library website. Applications include the completed form, course work transcripts, three (3) letters of recommendation, a portfolio, and personal statement.
