This is the seventh novel by Stephen McCauley, and two of his previous works were made into movies. He writes for Harpers, and The New York Times, and co-directs the writing program at Brandeis University. You won’t want to miss this talk and if you get a chance to read My Ex-Life, before then – all the better. It is a provocative story of marriage, relationships, neighborhoods (takes place on the North Shore of Massachusetts), business, teen angst, and so much more.
