Yarmouth Reads 2019

At every Yarmouth Reads event and at each Yarmouth library, there is an opportunity to donate a new or like-new children's book for the children, ages 4-15, who rely on Katelynn's Closet on Cape Cod and the Islands.

Stephen McCauley, My Ex-Life

This is the seventh novel by Stephen McCauley, and two of his previous works were made into movies. He writes for Harpers, and The New York Times, and co-directs the writing program at Brandeis University. McCauley's latest, My Ex-Life, is a provocative story of marriage, relationships, neighborhoods (takes place on the North Shore of Massachusetts), business, teen angst, and so much more. May Book Discussion Group

The Library’s Book Discussion Group meets monthly at the South Yarmouth Library. This month, we will be discussing Holding, by Graham Norton. This is a charming debut novel set in an idyllic Irish village where a bumbling investigator has to sort through decades of gossip and secrets to solve a mysterious crime. Meetings will be in the Leonard Room.
