Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency Encourages Residents to Stay Safe During Extreme Heat

Hot temperatures combined with high humidity levels are expected to create dangerous heat conditions, with the most oppressive conditions expected Saturday. 

The Yarmouth Town Libraries will be open on Saturday should residents need an air conditioned building as a respite from the extreme heat. Our hours are as follows.

South Yarmouth Library: 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
West Yarmouth Library: 11:00 a.m.-4:00p.m.

Summer Reading 2019:
A Universe of Stories

Summer Reading has begun! Participants keep track of their reading times for a chance to win prizes. The more you read the better your chances! “A Universe of Stories” is sponsored by the Yarmouth Town Libraries, South Yarmouth and West Yarmouth Library Associations, the Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
