   I am totally confused about the Yarmouth Plastic ban. Everyone is telling me it takes affect on September 1st of this year. When I look online all I get is the April town meeting results. That states the ban doesn't start until December 31, 2023. Why are people saying it starts in Sept. What does this involve? Can someone please clarify what is happening in detail.
